The hotel's location was simply perfect. It was close to the main tourist attractions, within walking distance to the tram, and near from everything. The room was spacious and well arranged, with a cozy and clean ambiance. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The breakfast had a good selection of food, and it was a great way to start the day.
The safety signs in the hotel were only in Turkish, which could be problematic in case of an emergency. It would be beneficial if the signs were also translated into English to meet international standards.

Neat and well-arranged boutique room in a central location. Excellent housekeeping staff, especially Sultan Murad, made our stay easier. Good selection of nearby restaurants and easy access to tourist attractions. Convenient walking distance to the grand bazaar.
